Exceptionally nice location when traveling to Conroe. The rooms with 2 beds.

every detail of the hotel was excellent, all the staff were helpful and extremely friendly. the room was clean with 2 beds included. location: the property was right by conroe, eating establishments and stores and places. furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

A rough night, dirty room

Checked in late and it went downhill from there. The room stunk, sheets were stained, and there were no toiletries! I had to ask for soap after I was already in the shower. While the lady at the front desk was nice, the lack of basic stuff was a real bummer. No coffee or ice made things worse.

A warm welcome and supportive staff. Free wi-fi was a nice bonus

The location is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions. Accessibility issues were prevalent, with no luggage carts available for disabled guests. The check-in experience was unusual, receiving a strip instead of keys, raising security concerns. The cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities left much to be desired, with sticky floors and a lack of housekeeping services throughout the stay.

Just a top selection for a day tour in Conroe with all in all great value for money. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick. Make sure to check if they offer a coffee pot if you want one.

We enjoyed swimming and water sports on scenic Lake Conroe, caught a show at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, and watched a movie at the nearby Grand Theater. The rooms were decent for our stay, but just a heads-up, there are no microwaves or coffee pots in the room. I'd recommend this place for a chill getaway.

Unfortunately, there was an awkward situation with the check-out timing. The staff wasn't clear on what was communicated during check-in.
